Delivery times are up to 5 business days to all destinations within the City of Amman. Shipping costs differ from items; depending on the source and location, while there are some free shipping items. The shipping cost will appear to you upon checkout.

The above delivery estimate includes order-processing time.

We will ship out the item according to your requests, but we cannot assure you exactly how many days you can receive this item. There are many factors that may cause the delay of your item such as bad weather conditions.

According to the order status and shipping information of your package, you can refer to "My Account" on our website. When you click "My Orders", there is a column called “Order Status”, where you can view all the detailed information about your order.

Kindly note that we cannot provide a refund for any of the purchased items. However, we offer exchange for the same purchased items in case of any defect. Once your package has arrived, we encourage you to open and check to make sure that the products on our website meets your requirement. Please make sure not to remove the tags or waste the receipt.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
